Where is the Conference?

The City Impact Conference is hosted by SF City Impact at the Warfield Theater in San Francisco, California. SF City Impact and the Warfield Theater is approximately twenty minutes north of the San Francisco International Airport (SFO) off Hwy 101 North and 35 minutes from Oakland International Airport.

What are the nearby airports?

San Francisco International Airport (SFO) is located just 14 miles south of the SF City Impact campus. Oakland International Airport is located 20 miles from the campus.

When and where do I check-in for the conference?

Check-in and registration for the conference will open on Saturday, July 22 at 8:00 am. The Guest Check-In area will be clearly marked upon arrival. 

Will there be parking available?

There are parking locations around the SF City Impact Campus and the Warfield. These are some recommended places in the area to park:  Parc 55, Nikko Hotel, The Hilton, Rock Star Parking Garage, EZ Parking

Will resources be available for purchase at the conference?

The conference speakers will have merchandise available in the lobby of the Warfield. Conference audio and other conference materials will be available for purchase.

Do you have wireless internet available?

No, free Wi-Fi access will not be available in the Warfield Theater.

Does the conference provide childcare?

While families are important to us, our conferences are youth & adult training events. Young children and infants, including nursing infants, are not permitted in any of the sessions and childcare is not available. The recommended age for the conference is 12 years and up, if children or youth are in attendance they must be accompanied by a leader.

What restaurants are in the area?

Cancun Taqueria, Emo's, Chipotle, Panda Express, Blondie's Pizza, Subway, Carl's Jr., Super Duper Burger, Cheesecake Factory, Dotties, Osha Thai, or the Westfield Shopping Center Food Court.

What does my ticket pay for?

The City Impact Conference is a volunteer led and volunteer driven event. Volunteers help fund venue costs, rentals and street closures, as well as resources and materials used directly for outreach for over 45+ outreaches. 

Are there discounts available for the conference?

We have worked to keep the overall conference price down in order to make it accessible to more people; therefore, we are not offering any scholarships. However, if you register early, you can receive a discount off the full registration price.

Can I switch names on my registration?

This can be done by sending an email to events@sfcityimpact.comHowever, one thing to keep in mind is that because each registrant is attached to an Outreach for the day they have to stay in that Outreach unless something else has space for more people. Outreach choices are first come, first serve. 

If I need to cancel my registration, what do I do?

Refunds are not available; however, registrations may be transferred to another name. Transfers are available until 10 days before the event date. To transfer, contact events@sfcityimpact.comHowever, one thing to keep in mind is that because each registrant is attached to an Outreach for the day they have to stay in that Outreach unless something else has space for more people. Outreach choices are first come, first serve. 

What should the weather be like?

The average high in July is 67 degrees with an average low of 55 degrees. This varies greatly, so we advise that you check the local forecast before you leave.

What should I wear?

Conference attire is casual; you may want to bring a sweater/sweatshirt as the temperature in the worship center is cool.
